We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor of Persons with Special Needs to join our team at One Care Inc.

Job Summary:

The Instructor of Persons with Special Needs will be responsible for assessing clients' cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to establish adaptation goals. They will also assess individuals' physical limitations, orientation abilities, and mobility to develop client rehabilitation plans. Additionally, the Instructor will assist students in developing life skills, collaborate with specialists to create programs for clients' special needs, and develop individualized education and intervention plans to facilitate clients' readaptation and independence objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to establish adaptation goals
  • Assess individuals' physical limitations, orientation abilities, and mobility to develop client rehabilitation plans
  • Assist students in developing life skills
  • Collaborate with specialists to create programs for clients' special needs
  • Develop individualized education and intervention plans to facilitate clients' readaptation and independence objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
