Job Title: Instructor of Persons with Special Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructor of Persons with Special Needs to join our team at One Care Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clients' cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to establish adaptation goals, as well as collaborating with specialists to develop programs for clients' special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to establish adaptation goals
  • Assess people's physical limitations, orientation abilities, and mobility to establish client rehabilitation
  • Assist students to develop life skills
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop programs for clients' special needs
  • Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on special needs of client to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Target Audience

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, individuals with intellectual impairments, and those with learning disabilities.
