Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Security Operations Supervisor to oversee our security team at ONTARIO SKYJUMP INC. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure optimal security coverage.
  • Manage work schedules and be the primary contact for emergency situations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Oversee the functionality of computer systems and machinery.
  • Monitor and assess quality and production metrics.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and potentially review the activities of security personnel.
  • Train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Oversee office and volunteer staff as needed.
Certifications Required
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Security Guard License
Work Environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
