Job Title: Supervisor, Commercial Security Officers

ONTARIO SKYJUMP INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Commercial Security Officers to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our commercial security officers and ensuring the smooth operation of our security services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate the activities of commercial security officers to ensure effective coverage and response to security incidents.
  • Monitor and maintain the security equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to commercial security officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security services with other business operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents, equipment maintenance, and personnel activities.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a commercial security setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of security officers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
