Job Title: Supervisor, Commercial Security Officers

ONTARIO SKYJUMP INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Commercial Security Officers to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial security services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Events: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work Scheduling: Schedule work for security officers to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to maintain high standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security officers, and possibly review their performance.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Certifications and Licenses:
  • CPR Certificate

  • Security Guard License
