As a Security Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents. You will work closely with our security team to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide security patrols and response to incidents in a proactive and reactive manner
  • Work closely with security team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Investigate routine incidents and write reports as required
  • Respond to coded emergencies in a quick and efficient manner
  • Display excellent customer service skills and work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance
  • Be physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Drive and patrol in a marked company patrol vehicle responding to all incidents and supervising contract security staff on sites

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid G Class license with preferred driving experience of 3 years
  • Must provide driver abstract with no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years
  • Previous supervisory experience is an asset
  • Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • COVID Double Vaccinated
  • Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
  • Valid Ontario Security License
