About the Role

PolyAI is revolutionizing customer service with lifelike voice assistants that empower customers to take the lead in conversations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional customer experiences that rival those of human agents.

You'll have the opportunity to work with global brands and contribute to the development of innovative voice assistants that transform the way businesses interact with their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop customer experiences for virtual assistants, from simple FAQs to complex conversations
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to build and maintain virtual assistants using internal tools and Python
  • Analyze metrics to assess performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is measurable and impactful
  • Listen to customer feedback and prioritize improvements to enhance the overall experience
  • Work closely with our engineering team to ensure the effective implementation of Generative AI
Requirements
  • A strong focus on user experience, with attention to detail and a passion for creating seamless interactions
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and user flows in a clear, concise, and supportive manner
  • Interest in natural language understanding and conversational AI
  • Experience with Python and data manipulation, analytics, and visualization
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree in Interaction Design, Linguistics, or a related Social Science field
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders through various stages of content development
  • Experience with NLU technology and data-driven decision making
