- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Manage telephone communications, relaying calls and messages appropriately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is up to date.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Support the administrative functions of the organization.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes.
- Review and assess new administrative procedures for effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation and equipment needs.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Compile data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with electronic mail systems.
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with a focus on attention to detail.
- Manage a large workload effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and organizational skills.
