About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at Active Pilates Inc. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and private classes, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver dynamic Pilates classes for clients of all levels
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques
  • Provide personalized instruction and feedback to clients
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Pilates Instructor
  • Strong knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
