About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at Active Pilates Inc. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and private Pilates sessions, creating and implementing exercise programs, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching Pilates Classes
    • Lead group and private Pilates sessions for clients of all fitness levels
    • Develop and implement new exercise programs to keep classes engaging and challenging
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns
    • Assist clients with goal setting and progress tracking
  • Studio Operations
    • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe studio environment
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and client communication
  • Professional Development
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest Pilates techniques and best practices
    • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of our services
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as exercise science or physical education
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor, with a proven track record of success
  • Skills
    • Excellent teaching and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
