About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilates instructor to join our team at Active Pilates Inc. As a Pilates instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and individual classes, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and teach Pilates classes for clients of all levels
  • Assess client needs and create personalized fitness plans
  • Monitor client progress and provide feedback
  • Maintain a safe and clean studio environment
  • Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive and supportive team
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest Pilates techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. exercise science, kinesiology)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pilates instructor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
