Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Branch Manager to lead our team in Kitimat, BC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry
  • Insurance broker Level 2 license and working towards CAIB and/or CIP
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
