Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading our daily office operations and inspiring, guiding, and supporting your team to achieve the goals of our clients, company, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive effective routines to optimize team and individual performance
- Conduct monthly sales meetings and provide continuous guidance to aim higher
- Forge long-term authentic customer-first relationships
- Create an amazing culture where everyone can develop, grow, and belong
- Insurance broker Level 2 license and working towards CAIB and/or CIP are an asset
- 2 years of leadership experience
