Senior Customer Experience System Specialist

About the Role
The Bilingual Senior Customer Experience System Advisor is a key member of the Customer Experience team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the end-user experience for all Customer Experience systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete testing and user training to ensure seamless system adoption
- Provide user support and guidance on system issues
- Liaise with IT system support and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently
- Identify system enhancements and develop workarounds
- Uncover training needs and provide ongoing communication and support
Requirements
- 5 years of insurance experience, systems, or related experience
- Understanding of insurance sales and underwriting processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak in front of groups
- Bilingual (English/French) proficiency
