About the Role

The Bilingual Senior Customer Experience System Advisor is a key member of the Customer Experience team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the end-user experience for all Customer Experience systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete testing and user training to ensure seamless system adoption
  • Provide user support and guidance on system issues
  • Liaise with IT system support and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently
  • Identify system enhancements and develop workarounds
  • Uncover training needs and provide ongoing communication and support

Requirements

  • 5 years of insurance experience, systems, or related experience
  • Understanding of insurance sales and underwriting processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak in front of groups
  • Bilingual (English/French) proficiency
