Senior Advisor for Customer Experience Systems

About the Role
The Bilingual Senior Customer Experience Systems Specialist is accountable for the effective execution of the end-user experience for all Customer Experience systems at Northbridge Financial. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, this position completes testing, conducts user training, and serves as the user support expert post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold the highest business system authority and be responsible for day-to-day problem-solving on system issues by providing user guidance or liaising with IT system support and/or external vendors to ensure fast and effective issue resolution.
- Identify system enhancements, develop system issue workarounds, uncover training needs, and provide ongoing communication and support for users of Customer Experience platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and user adoption.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support user understanding and adoption of Customer Experience systems.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in insurance, systems, or related fields, with a strong understanding of insurance sales and underwriting processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak in front of groups of people.
- Candidate must be bilingual (English/French).
