Job Summary:

Central 1 is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of programs and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact. You will work closely with various departments, including business, support services, technical staff, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership to project team members and manage project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Create and adjust project plans in consultation with stakeholders to meet objectives.
  • Facilitate change management and decision-making by presenting information and options to the project sponsor or steering committee.
  • Produce project risk management plans to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Work closely with the project team and stakeholders to adhere to project change control policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • University degree in computer science, business administration, or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of progressively more responsible relevant experience, including managing projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
  • Experience on business/corporate projects and managing projects with software development and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong foundation in Agile and Scrum while building products.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
