Brandt is in search of a dedicated Systems Support Analyst to enhance our IT department. The successful applicant will be tasked with overseeing, monitoring, and sustaining the UKG Kronos Workforce Central Time and Attendance system, alongside other related platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in supporting UKG products or similar time management software. This role involves close collaboration with payroll and business units to ensure accurate employee compensation and time billing. The analyst will be accountable for all facets of maintaining and supporting the UKG system.

The selected candidate will gain in-depth knowledge across all sectors of the Distributed Products Division, engaging with vendors, developers, and business users. It is essential to document all business processes executed through the deployed software, including associated reports, data inputs, and outputs. Collaborating with both the business and software suppliers is crucial to ensure that any proposed modifications to business processes do not adversely affect the overall system or other user community areas. The analyst will play a key role in testing new features and functionalities with business end users prior to their deployment in a live environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business end users and process owners to ensure systems fulfill their intended roles.
  • Document all modifications made to the deployed systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes.
  • Ensure that end-user training materials are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Work in synergy with all other IT disciplines within Brandt.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all work artifacts.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with deployed software or in supporting software applications.
  • Experience with UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central or other time tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with Business Systems such as ERP, CRM, or SCM is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering, facilitation, and software process testing is beneficial.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to end users.
  • Previous involvement in IT Systems Projects is a plus.
  • Collaborate with business end users and process owners to ensure systems are effective.
  • Document all changes to the deployed systems.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all business processes.
  • Maintain current and accessible end-user training materials.
  • Work collaboratively with all IT disciplines at Brandt.
  • Ensure all work artifacts are documented and maintained.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
