Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Self-Checkout Attendant to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with self-service transactions and provide guidance on the efficient use of self-service options.
  • Monitor the self-service area and address any technical issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Promote company-sponsored programs and services to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
