Self Checkout Attendant

As a Self-Checkout Attendant at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized self-service area.
Key Responsibilities:- Keep the self-service area clean and free of debris, fixtures, and foreign objects.
- Educate customers on the correct use of self-service options and promote company-sponsored programs.
- Observe customer activities and provide assistance when needed.
- Explain self-service interventions and quality checks to customers in a polite and reassuring manner.
- Respond to EAS alarms and complete the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
- Notify the Customer Service Manager of low cash or technical issues in the self-service area.
- Return Scan & Go scanners to their home after use.
- Minimum rate of pay: $17.55 (rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience).
