About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Cashier and Sales Team Member. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage with Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including the checkout area and surrounding spaces.
  • Balance Cash Reports: Accurately balance cash reports at the end of each shift, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for.
