Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute experiential marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and deliverables.
- Optimize retail communication and messaging to build awareness and drive sales.
- Design and develop point-of-sale materials that enhance brand visibility and consistency.
- Create and establish merchandising guidelines to ensure global brand integrity.
- Drive consumer engagement across all channels, leveraging digital tools and strategies.
- Identify and develop new channels to maximize market reach and engagement.
- Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies, leveraging tools like Salesforce Service Cloud and Google Analytics.
- Manage e-commerce platforms to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Regularly report on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry or with Natural Health Products (NHPs).
- Small to mid-size agency experience with a startup mentality.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM tools.
- Strong skills in data analysis, preferably with knowledge of Google Analytics and SQL.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in an Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
