We are seeking a skilled Bar Service Professional to join our team at Twenty Two Taphouse Ltd. DBA Twenty Two Taphouse. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Wine and Beverage Knowledge
- Advise customers on wine and drink selections to enhance their dining experience.
- Point of Sale and Inventory Management
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Record and balance beverage sales to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Food and Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft beer, and non-alcoholic options.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
