Job Summary

  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and policies.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Special Needs Assistance: Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and services.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, ensuring they are aware of their departure time.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
