Job Overview:

As the Logistics Fulfillment Supervisor, you will oversee our fulfillment operations, leveraging advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize workflows and establish performance benchmarks. Your leadership is vital in enhancing the efficiency, precision, and productivity of our logistics processes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Guide, inspire, and develop the fulfillment team to meet high operational standards and objectives.
  • Deliver thorough training and ongoing support to empower team members in their roles.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to assess and improve inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse activities.
  • Ensure the effective application of WMS for tracking shipments, managing inventory, and refining operational processes.
  • Continuously analyze and enhance fulfillment workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Adopt best practices and innovative strategies to tackle operational challenges and boost productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment operations.
  • Compile and present regular performance reports, highlighting areas for enhancement and implementing necessary corrective measures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including customer service, sales, and account management, to ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
  • Resolve issues in partnership with cross-functional teams to maintain operational continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a team leader or manager in logistics or fulfillment settings.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to analyze data, create reports, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Range: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
