About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at RDM Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging training for staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Work Environment

As a Logistics Supervisor at RDM Logistics Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
