About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Billa Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Task Organization and Coordination

Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments as needed.

Operational Logistics Oversight

Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair

Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.

Work Coordination and Review

Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language

English.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
