- Strong business acumen, including well-balanced strategic and tactical agility with the ability to provide thoughtful, progressive, and strategic guidance.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional organizational skills, including managing time, multiple tasks, and accurate documentation.
