Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at New Edge Alliance INC.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, obtain and process information required to provide customer service, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, record and relay information, and schedule and confirm appointments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Administrative Support: Provide directory assistance, arrange teleconferences, calculate billing charges, and monitor mobile radio or telephone.
- Language Support: Provide language support to persons with disabilities and assist with emergency services as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. Permanent employment with 40 hours per week is available.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
