About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Center Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
