Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at One Stop Love Shop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and manage cash and credit card payments.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
