Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Provide customer service
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
