About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Director, Sales to lead our New Business Sales and Sales Development Teams in Halifax. Reporting into the SVP, Revenue, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and pipeline development.
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to drive sales strategy and execution.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach and mentor sales leaders and teams to improve sales performance and skills.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Travel to high-value sales meetings and events to represent Dash Hudson.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and pipeline development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience selling and managing in the SaaS industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
