About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Charc Shawarma. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking special meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook special meals for customers as instructed by our dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Team Leadership: Manage kitchen operations and lead a team of kitchen staff.
Work Environment

As a Chef at Charc Shawarma, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliability, team player, and ability to work in a diverse environment.
