Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's culinary expertise and appeal to a diverse range of customers.

Chef Management

Lead and manage a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations, high-quality food production, and exceptional customer service.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality control standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Inventory Management

Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Staff Training and Development

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
