Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and safe manner
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
