Food Service Manager

Join Twin R Foods Ltd. as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, food and beverage servers, and kitchen helpers, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Manage Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet quality control standards.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports for management.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
