Food Service Manager

Frankly Coffee and Bistro is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our coffee shop and restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food products.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and coaching to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Coffee shop and restaurant environment.
