Job Summary:

This role is an integral part of our Saskatchewan/Manitoba/NWON distribution team, providing confidential support and handling a range of duties under the supervision of the Distribution Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support commission calculations and prepare related documents.
  • Process all department invoices for accounts payable.
  • Prepare legal documents for independent operator contracts.
  • Participate in creating the annual budget.
  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting.
  • Support the team's transition to SAP.
  • Prepare administrative documents and confidential correspondence.
  • Track and measure departmental performance.
  • Ensure independent operators have necessary insurance coverage.
  • Interact daily with the distribution team and independent operators.
  • Assist with setting up and attending operator meetings.
  • Administer company policies fairly and consistently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary training in accounting, business, or administration, or related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Advanced business software skills, including Excel, Word, and Maestro.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • High level of self-motivation.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
