Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Sales and Operations: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Urban area, retail business.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
