We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Information System Specialist to join our team at Citco (Canada) Inc.

Job Summary

The Human Resource Information System Specialist will be responsible for providing expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery. This role will also involve developing policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
