Human Resources Information Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Information System Specialist to join our team at Citco (Canada) Inc.
Job SummaryThe Human Resource Information System Specialist will be responsible for providing expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery. This role will also involve developing policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches, conducting reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities- Confer with clients to identify requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Professional development program in personnel administration.
- Criminal record check.
The Human Resource Information System Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
