Territory Manager - Production Animal DivisionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our growing team in Saskatchewan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within the province, focusing on our Production Animal division.
Responsibilities:- Manage an established network of dealers and veterinary clients across Saskatchewan.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve regional targets.
- Conduct regular sales calls and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Production Animal industry, including veterinarians, feed and farm dealers, and tack shops.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide timely reports to management.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including inside sales partners, to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field, or an equivalent diploma in Animal Health Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales within the animal health industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
