This position reports to the Marketing Manager and offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and commercial acumen to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the qualification and technical support of automation products for our target customers, mainly machine builders and integrators/installers.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for our sales force, customers, and prospects to enhance their technical knowledge and application skills.
  • Promote and recommend our products through customer visits, trade shows, and events, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new customers and their potential, supporting the sales force in their efforts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our Hub to develop applications that meet the needs of our target markets, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
  • Support the sales, marketing, and communication teams in the launch of new products, providing technical expertise and commercial insights.
  • Contribute to the production and translation of technical and commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze customer specifications to propose the best technical and economic solution, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in automation/industrial computing (BAC +2/3 to BAC +5) with a strong understanding of PLCs, programming languages, and associated technologies.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to demonstrate autonomy, determination, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
  • Ability to travel for short periods in France and abroad, with a valid passport and necessary visas.
