About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Strategy Manager to join our Business Insights team at McDonald's Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in accelerating our digital journey and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze customer data and develop actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to define business KPIs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Provide critical insights and strategic recommendations to senior executives and business leaders
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to drive business outcomes and career growth

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, with 4+ years of leading a team of analysts
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, or related analytical discipline
  • Proficiency in leading broader business performance analysis, insights generation, and strategic planning
  • Experience with BI platforms and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, MicroStrategy, etc.)
  • Proficiency with analyzing data using advanced Excel, SQL, and ideally R and/or Python
