Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Prepare and submit reports on food quality, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
    • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure financial efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
