    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Reporting and Administration

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
    • Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling
