Food Service Team Lead

Pur & Simple - Kingsway is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Food Quality and Safety
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Operations and Administration
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment
