Strategic Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist

Fraser Health is seeking a skilled Client Partner, Talent Acquisition Marketing to support the organization's strategic recruitment goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and recruitment, with experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing research plans to identify target candidate populations and recommend strategies to meet Fraser Health's recruitment goals.
- Research and recommend new technologies and marketing strategies to maximize the Fraser Health brand.
- Develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs.
- Coordinate production and scheduling with external vendors for recruitment advertising and career fairs.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the community, schools, colleges, universities, and professional associations.
- Analyze trends and create reports to inform recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Five years' recent related experience with web-based marketing and communications and content management systems.
- Competencies in leadership, marketing, and technical skills, including proficiency in software applications such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Project.
