We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner, Talent Acquisition Marketing to join our team at Fraser Health. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing research plans to support our strategic recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing research plans to support strategic recruitment goals
- Identify target candidate populations and utilize various techniques to identify candidates meeting desired criteria
- Research new technologies and marketing strategies to maximize the Fraser Health brand
- Develop tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies
- Participate in Advertising Planning Committee and provide consultation to Client Partners regarding their advertising needs
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the community, schools, colleges, universities, and professional associations
- Develop systems for workforce planning and data collection
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing or a related discipline
- Five years' recent related experience with web-based marketing and communications and content management systems
- Competencies in leadership practices, including Clear, Caring, and Courageous
- Proficiency in a variety of software, including Microsoft Office, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and social media platforms
