Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for critical roles across our various facilities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate with HR and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruiting strategies and identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to quickly address current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to the development of recruitment plans that align with the company's broader objectives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies, with the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, along with a strong grasp of data analysis to drive recruitment decisions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with constant demands.
